Idle Moon Kingdom
You are the great and noble Moon God. Order your followers to gather resources, grow the settlement and build monuments in your name.
As your settlement expands, you can recruit more followers to perform different rituals during the lunar cycle, with different effects based on placement in the cycle and previous actions. Create intricate combos to gain vast resources quickly, or set up self sustaining economies. Progress through the ages and take your rightful place as the Moon Lord!

WorldShaper Idle by Florian van Strien
Another unique idle game! Even more than in Idle Moon Kingdom, there's endless room to create and optimize your build.
Valkyrie Saga by Bosco Bartilomo
Go on an epic adventure in this PSX style 3D platformer. You'll love the feeling of freedom as you climb, dash, jump and glide through the mythical world.
Tips for Idle Moon Kingdom:
- If you have a big screen, to have a better overview of your followers, play in full screen (button on the bottom right)
- If you set up an amazing combo, you can save it to one of your loadout slots and easily load it again
- Search works not just for names of actions, but for anything in the description too. So e.g. try searching water for anything that produces, consumes or boosts water!
- The actions are color coded for your convenience:
- Green for production
- Blue for building or increasing capacity
- Orange for stat increases
- Yellow for increasing bonus production
- Red for boosting actions in the same moon phase
Unfortunately, this game may not always work properly on Mac due to the engine we're using. It may work in another browser or after waiting for a minute or so.
This game was made for the Spelkollektivet Halloween Game Jam by Bosco Bartilomo and Florian van Strien, with audio by Linn Viberg. Enjoy and please let us know what you think in the comments!

this was really fun! its a really unique approach to the genre, though i wouldn't call it idle... it's quite involved (which isn't a bad thing). won in 1638 cycles :)
This has to be one of my favorite idle games that I've played on itch. The mechanics feel simple but offer a lot of variety in the later stages. Also can't wait for worldshaper idle to come out
I've been playing it for a while, and the truth is that it's very good. Solid stuff for an Idle Game.
However, there are some problems:
And now, some suggestions:
Nice project, by the way. I hope you can expand it.
Unfortunately, doesn't run for me. After clicking start, I get this message:
> Error
> The following features required to run Godot projects on the Web are missing:
> Cross Origin Isolation - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)
> SharedArrayBuffer - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)
Searching for the error, the godot devs claim this is a problem with itch.io in this github issue: https://github.com/godotengine/godot/issues/69020
itch.io seems to be set up correctly to make godot games work now. So it is likely your browser just doesn't support these features. If you want, you can try playing on the newest Chrome or Firefox. Unfortunately, Mac support is very spotty, so if you're on Mac you may be out of luck.
The reason for all this trouble is that unfortunately, Godot has decided to use some extremely experimental technologies for their web export that do not have support on 100% of browsers. It does like a fix for that is finally on the way though: https://github.com/godotengine/godot/pull/85939 So at least once this fix is live in a stable godot release, we'll check whether it works for the game, and then hopefully browser support should be a bit better!
Thanks for the reply! I'll give it a shot in another browser. It's too bad that Godot went with tech that's not consistently supported, but hopefully that fix you linked does the trick.
According to Godot, the answer is to update on your end to 4.3, otherwise it's just gonna fail for random users, including myself.
Yes, using Chrome -and- Firefox, on a PC.
Some of the tooltips aren't working correctly. I specifically tested Craft Nautical Relic boosted by Paganic Percussion. The tooltip always said +1 relic but it was adding +2 every cycle.
There are some others that behaved similarly but I don't remember them off the top of my head.
Speaking of tooltips. it would be great to see the total production instead of dividing it up by lane. There's no mechanical advantage to making a given lane self-sufficient (and usually there's a disadvantage since you need to group certain tasks according to their required and bonuses.)
I had a ton of fun with this. There was just enough freedom to feel more like strategy than puzzle. That's the sweet spot for me. Loved the progression from struggling with a resource, to making a self-sustaining setup, to reaching a level of technology that renders it trivial (and opens up new challenges).
I was just barely able to make a setup that increases all storage and production bonuses simultaneously. That felt like the true end of the game for me.
Thanks for making something fun!
Fun game. The amount of tasks that unlock can be a bit overwhelming, but the search function helps a lot. A couple of QoL suggestions:
* A button to clear all actions. I ended up using one of the loadouts for a blank slate, because it was quicker than dragging away every action individually.
* A pause button so you can set things up without it running partially or in the wrong order.
* Some of the unlock conditions are fiddly - it seems that 'gaining' doesn't count as 'producing', maybe? Also it only counts as producing something if you have room to store it, so sometimes you need to deliberately spend resources first, which is a pain.
* Asteroid Shower appears to be bugged and doesn't generate Rocks.
These are some good pickups, and we'll definitely look into them. It's not explained, but you can right click to quickly clear actions. But a full clear would be a nice option for sure
Is there a pause button that I'm missing? If not, please add one. I'm guessing most people won't think of this because it really doesn't affect that much, but I'd like to be able to pause so I can take my time and think while I set up my tiles
We'll look into it for sure. It's pretty stressful with the constantly ticking moons so we definitely get where youre coming from
fantastic game, pretty unique gameplay concept. Also maybe im mistaken but I swear i've gotten the three followers with 15 reverance to unlock this one action so im inclined to believe it doesnt work? I've tested like everything down to getting all 3 followers to have 15 reverance all on the same moon phase
edit: finished the moon god stuff gg
I think its bugged, good catch! and sorry about that, hope you at least were able to enjoy around that action haha

Hi! It looks like your browser might not support WebAssembly or a related technology or you might have it disabled, or there might be a bug with your setup or in Godot that prevents it from working properly.
Please check the following:
Results from https://wasm-feature-detect.surma.technology/ is following:
All "wasm" options in about:config except "javascript.options.wasm_verbose" is true.
I'm not familiar with Godot engine to file any bug reports.

Love it! I love incremental games and it's always cool seeing new twists added, the moon cycle system is a really cool way to pace it out. Ramps up really nicely too as you get the monument upgrades. Very well done. And always encouraging to see other godot users making cool stuff.
Thanks so much! We love to hear this stuff, the pacing was not super easy to get just right so its nice to hear it worked
This is a really fun idea, looking forward to play more.
Just one thing, it took me some time to figure out what to do at all. Once I figured out to drag & drop the UI became quite intuitive, but this initial step was not clear at all (to me at least).
We updated the tutorial to make it a bit clearer, thanks for the catch!
This is a weird Terraria DLC
Always good to have more post-moonlord content
Unfortunately unreadable on a high-dpi monitor.
Thanks, the game should now properly scale to a high dpi!
Oh yes much better. That was quick!
