V0.3!!!

So, I overhauled the resource system so now it will properly scale if i have more than 3 resources. So I'm probably gonna go nuts adding just whatever the hell I want to add into the game, and going from there. This also adds proper npcs,  only 3 so far, but they're cool peeps and u shuold find them. The starting area world should be more or less complete now,  with a few different zones to find etc. Once again, if you have more ideas for stuff, let me know on twitter or leave a comment or whatever u want
